Simon was friendly and efficient during his initial visit, quickly understanding what I needed and explaining clearly the best solution for me. We can not speak more highly of the service we received from R.H. Pardy.  From our first telephone enquiry with the ladies in the office , Simon's home visit to understand our requirements , through to completing our move, the experience was First Class. On our move day, the team were fantastic. They worked together very efficiently and ensured we were fully settled before leaving us. Nothing we asked of them was too much , especially getting our  L Shaped Sofa up 3 flights of stairs ! And all with a smile on their faces. Very well done R.H. 10/10. Outstanding service from the time the person came round to quote until I moved in to my new property. The quote was very competitive.
The removal people were very polite, friendly and willing to take each box to any room I asked. They dismantled and reassembled a few items. I couldn't have asked for better service from the five of them.
